I’m Amir. Saffron began with my love of ice cream and a wish to share the Persian flavours I love: fragrant saffron, pistachio, and rose.

I wanted a place where dessert feels personal. Where you can watch your ice cream take shape, discover a different flavour, and enjoy a little moment made just for you.
